We need ongoing assistance from a Virtual Assistant who has a strong command of the English language and is able to assist with the following: 1) Research prospects and build lead lists 2) Lead list editing, formatting, or filling in data gaps 3) Manage LinkedIn connects and messages (utilizing a spreadsheet for tracking and language templates) 4) Adding new prospects into existing sequences/workflow within HubSpot, our CRM (will provide instructions) Starting out we do not anticipate this role being more than 15-hours per week, but for the right person we can potentially increase the opportunity. This role would have to work through Remotix, our virtual network, so a strong internet connection is required to be successful.
