I need a detail-oriented administrator who can dive in, bring order, and leave me with a tidy, self-maintaining system. Emails • Both work emails and personal emails need to be sifted, labelled, and moved into a clear folder structure. • For each message type, create its own folder group so nothing unrelated is mixed together. • Inside those groups, use the “By subject or topic” approach to name folders and sub-folders. • Where possible, build rules/filters so future messages auto-file themselves the same way.
