Administrative Assistant to be part of a close knit, collegial team. We are adding to our administrative team and this is a great opportunity to join the organization and grow into a larger role. The board offers excellent benefits, time off, and competitive compensation. Primary Responsibilities: reception, managing meeting schedules, travel itineraries, business correspondence, mail, maintains database, reporting, filing, invoicing (twice annually), orders and maintains office supplies and office equipment. This role also assists with preparation for certification examinations. Experience & Skills Needed: - outstanding organizational skills - strong attention to detail - customer focused with excellent communication skills - team player who works well with others - professional demeanor - flexible and willing to learn - experience working in an office with similar responsibilities - strong working knowledge of MSWord and MS Excel - new grads considered.
