We are looking for someone to take emailed information such as compliance forms and audit documents and add them into our software platform, Google Suite, Trello or Hubspot. I expect this will be minimum of 3 but likely 4-6 hours of work every business day in the United States. Looking for someone reliable, with great attention to detail, computer savvy and an ability to communicate well with our team + business partners from time to time.

My name is Andres Alcaraz and for the past 2+ years I've done data management, analysis and entry for companies like Netflix, Inteliquent and Disney. I am experienced using Microsoft Excel and I am comfortable using tools such as V-lookups, pivot tables, and macros among other things. I believe that I would be great for this project because I have conducted tasks like this in the past for major companies such as the ones named above. During my time at Disney I had to upload different sort of documents onto a database on a daily basis. i am very careful when working on projects like this and I always double check myself. Communication is a key thing for me as I know that is a deal breaker when working on a team. I try to communicate frequently and as clearly as possible.
