Medical Taxonomy/Categorisation - create from multiple health sites

I am looking for someone with perfect english and also good knowledge of medical terms/the body. I want to create a taxonomy that is a hierarchy of medical conditions, problems, symptoms etc categorized into a hierarchy - extracted from the list of URLs below. The hierarchy needs to be tightly focused so it doesn't get too big (you can add more master categories if necessary), there can be up to 5 subcategories You will need to understand all of the medical terms (at least the ones that don't require a degeree in medicine), so similar groups can be merged - as the aim is to create a really tightly focused hierarchy i.e. not too many at the higher levels. Each level of hierarchy within a parent category should be alphabetically sorted. I also require that words are not duplicated so that the category "stomach ulcer" would appear as "ulcer" as a child of the category "stomach". The full category name should be shown in column H (see example excel spreadsheet) e.g. stomach ulcer would go in bowel_abdominal -> stomach -> ulcer stomach cancer would go in bowel_abdominal -> stomach -> cancer arthritis would go in bones_joints -> arthritis You should use the guidance of the categories that already exist, for example "angina" is a sub category of "heart disease" on [login to view URL] All of the following websites would need to be included (and merged) [login to view URL] (a-z) [login to view URL] (a-z) [login to view URL] (a-z) [login to view URL] (a-z) I will be available for some clarification although I expect for you to complete 99% of it by yourself.
