- filing documents
- answering phones
- responding to emails
- scheduling meetings
- bookkeeping and tax prep
- making travel arrangements
- sending and receiving mail
- Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
- Adobe Acrobat DC and Dropbox proficiency
- desire to work for a fast paced individual and an aggressively expanding business
- ability to take direction well
