Order Entry Representative
$15-25 USD / hour

Currently looking to fill a full-time Order Entry clerk position. The working hours are Mon- Fri rotating shifts between 8am – 4pm, must be flexible.
Employees begin to accrue Paid Time Off upon hire. Full-time employees enjoy up to 104 hours of accrued paid time off and 8 paid holidays. Employees who have been with the company for at least 90 days may qualify to receive an ANNUAL BONUS! Medical, dental, vision and voluntary insurances are also available after the appropriate waiting period.
As an Order Entry Rep you work as a member of a team responsible for : Entering orders and responding to emails

Verify the customer/dealer order / also that the dealer has a valid account
*
Handle customer issues & inquires via email
*
Research required information using available resources
*
Manage and resolve customer complaints
*
Enter new customer information into system
*
Update existing customer information
*
Process orders & payment
*
Identify and escalate priority issues
*
Follow up customer calls & emails where necessary
*
Document all information via email/written documentation, according to standard operating procedures
