The Order Entry Specialist is responsible processing customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders. You will also interact with the Customer Service Group to assist in the various data entry duties. This position is critical to Innovative IDM; the Order Entry Specialist position functions as the link between the Customer Service Group, and vendors in various facets of the business to ensure products needed are ordered and received, all customer needs are met and that legendary service is provided. RESPONSIBILITIES: Enters customer orders, purchase orders, field service orders, or billing information in system on a daily basis. Responds to voicemail and email within a timely manner. Processes credit card authorizations and creates invoices for products purchased. Functions as liaison between Customer Service Group, Warehouse and Vendors to ensure needs are met. Brings problems and solutions to the attention of the manager; is willing to ask for help. Identifies and introduces new ideas and solutions to create efficiency in the operation. Follows all procedures as detailed in customer service operations policies and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to type 40+ WPM Possesses a guest service mentality; has a genuine desire to serve the customer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter who works independently and is self-motivated. Energetic, innovative and flexible. Exhibits creativity and tenacity to drive through to effective solutions to data entry challenges. Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations. Manages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency. Well organized and detail oriented. Forms strong working relationships within team. Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others. Strong computer skills required. Follows direction with focused attention.

I processed payroll for small businesses in the US, concentrating in the Midwest, using a program by ADP (Automatic Data Processing). I was an Implementation Specialist for new clients, and I taught them how to use the system. Dealing with financial matters, I became very detail oriented, and made sure that there was no room for mistake. Not only was I trained to be an expert in US payroll, but I was also prepared to have immaculate customer service to the clients. Before focusing on payroll, I was employed in a call center as a customer service and technical support representative. It was imperative that I resolve their issue, pacify irate customers, and I did my best to make them feel that they made the right decision to be a consumer of the account that was assigned to me. With over 10 years of communicating with clients/customers residing in the US, I became very comfortable using the English language, oral and written. I have recently finished a 5-week training to be a Real Estate VA, but have yet to be hired by an investor. I’m also enrolled in a comprehensive course to be an Amazon Seller Central VA.
