Responsible for day-to-day data management and marketing implementation for Real Estate Investment Firm. Duties to include: - inputting and cleaning data from our PODIO crm - marketing list generation - contacting individuals to obtain information - coordinating with other VA's and agents in the office - Formatting excel files - loading files into marketing systems - managing the list stacking database - posting on social media channels - ALL training is provided with checklists for each work task Must be VERY detail-oriented and have an awesome, positive attitude. (And enjoy working with awesome people!). Must be excellent with excel and google sheets. This is a Long Term position. Starting with 20-30 hours/week, and building to 30+ hours over the coming weeks.
