I am looking for someone for less than $2/hr to do real estate research. In order to qualify for this job, i am giving this first test. 1. Go to [login to view URL] 2. Select California 3. Identify the 3 counties with the lowest population density 4. Once you have identified those, please document your methodology 5. Please also, tell me how many parcels that have back taxes each of these 3 counties have. Please post this in your reply. Thanks. Overall the job will include the following, but I need you to do the above first. I will give you the criteria, and a location. I want you to create a spreadsheet with data from the sites that I mention, and analyze certain locations, to determine viability for marketing. This requires, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions. I encourage out of box thinkers who can improve take my requirements and focus on getting the results rather than purely the letter of the law. I am looking for someone who is immediately available, and is only working on one job at a time. If you already have multiple jobs, or are not available, or are not responsive, please don't respond.

Lowest population density : Alpine, Inyo, Mono. I use the people per square mile data on the county information Back tax: Alpine - 0 Inyo - 68 Mono - 9 I used the back tax information. I located the counties and put the data i found down. I am ready to work now. Awaiting your reply. Thanks Claudia
