Our Real Estate Company is looking for a Virtual Assistant who is familiar with running comps for single family houses. I will be giving you properties to analyze through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and come up with an After Repaired Value 'ARV' and be able to estimate repairs for each property as well. You will then save all comparable properties to certain folders on the Google Drive. You will be working directly with the House Buying Specialist as an Acquisitions Assistant and aiding the HBS in coming up with accurate offers to purchase houses. You will also be filtering through voicemail messages and determining if it's a lead. You will be in charge of keeping the CRM (Podio) up to date. Experience working with Podio CRM is a plus. Must be able to work between 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). Looking to bring someone on who can CONSISTENTLY work 35-40 hours/week. Pay will vary from $3-$5/hour based on past experience. You will be working remotely but you are still a part of our growing team!
