I need a reliable assistant based in the Philippines who can keep my Facebook and Instagram pages active and engaging while taking a light load of data entry off my plate. On the social side, you will log in through Meta Business Suite (or another scheduler you prefer such as Buffer or Hootsuite) to queue posts I supply, lay them out on a consistent calendar, and hit publish at the right times. You’ll also monitor comments and direct messages, replying politely or flagging anything that needs my personal attention. Away from social media, I’ll send you small batches of information to be copied accurately into Google Sheets or Excel. Example tasks: product SKUs, email sign-ups, or survey results. Deliverables: - Weekly posting schedule for Facebook & Instagram, kept up to date. - Timely replies (or escalations) for all comments and DMs. - Clean, error-free data entry in provided templates.
