Data Consultant for Survey Analysis and Visualization -- 2

FAFICS SC-ASHIL Health Survey Data Consolidation, Dash-boarding and Data Visualization Objective: Hire a technical consultant experienced in merging data collated from on-line Google Forms and other sources, performing technical analysis and generating dash boards at various levels. The Consultant is to consolidate ASHIL survey response data from six to eight distinct sources (English Form, French Form, Spanish Form, and the completed AAFIB/Brazil Dataset, CAFICS Survey, AFICS/Netherlands survey, and any other Association submitting completed surveys) into a single dataset and create visualization of data for analysis and preparing a survey report. Context: The survey asks approximately 25 questions categorized in four sections. The data for the English, French and Spanish surveys is currently housed in a single Google Sheet but split across multiple tabs based on language. The online survey received approximately 2200 responses from 48Associations in different countries. Scope of Work: The Consultant in consultation with and advice from the Chair, SC-ASHIL will perform the following tasks and submit acceptable deliverables as indicated below. The consultant must agree with non-disclosure agreement. Task 1: Data Translation, Verification & Consolidation (The "Master" Dataset) The technical consultant will create a "Master Tab" that aggregates data from the following sources: 1. English Tab (Reference tab for the following tabs to compare and reconcile the data) 2. French Tab (The data is basically the same as the English equivalent) 3. Spanish Tab (The data is basically the same as the English equivalent) 4. AAFIB Brazil Dataset (requires mapping Portuguese answers to item 1 - English Tab) 5. CAFICS (Canada) Survey (requires mapping to item 1 - English Tab) 6. AFICS/Netherlands survey (requires mapping to item 1 - English Tab) Note: Individual Association datasets will be provided to the consultant as separate files. The deliverable under Task 1 is a Master Dataset – a single, unified table in English where every row represents one respondent, regardless of the language they used to answer. Task 2: Dynamic Dashboards (Global & National) Since the data aggregated from Google Forms do not visualize data from six separate sources combined, the consultant must build: • Global Dashboard: Providing data visualization (Pie, Bar, Line Chart, Trends etc.) that illustrates the comprehensive results segregated under the four sections from all the participating Associations as well as the following specific views. (a) Association Specific Views: A dynamic filtering system (or dropdown selector) based on the "Association Name" drop down column, which contains 65 options This allows a user to select "Argentina" or "Uruguay" and see the specific charts and data summaries for that association only if data for a specific Association is available. (b) TPA and Self-administered Specific Views: These provide views of specific TPA or self-administered schemes from the global dashboard across the associations (c) Comparative Views of TPAs and Self-administered schemes - on a) medical claims and settlements and b) Rejection and Appeal across the associations Deliverables under the Task 2 are visualization of data using Microsoft BI and Google Looker Studio as specified above and as well as spreadsheets of data used for visualization. Estimated Time-Frame: Approximately 35-40 hours over elapsed time of two weeks after receiving the data sets.
