I run a small NDIS-unregistered support business and I’m looking for a reliable Philippine-based virtual assistant who already understands the day-to-day rhythm of NDIS administration. Your main focus will be keeping my calendar organised, triaging and replying to participant and provider emails, and maintaining clean, up-to-date data across our spreadsheets and CRM. Beyond those core duties, you’ll guide new participants through the onboarding checklist, draft and update service agreements, and, when required, jump onto Roam to meet participants or their carers online. Familiarity with NDIS terminology, service booking guidelines and participant privacy rules is therefore essential—I won’t need to train you from scratch. You should be comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), basic project-tracking tools, and video-meeting platforms. Excellent written English, a proactive attitude, and the confidence to flag compliance issues before they become problems will set you apart. Deliverables will be: • A consistently updated master calendar with zero double-bookings. • An inbox maintained at “inbox-zero” every business day. • Participant records and service agreements logged accurately within 24 hours of receipt. • Smooth, documented onboarding for each new participant.
