I need to place a database export file where it can be imported by an instance of Oracle running on Amazon's RDS. I need step by step instructions on how to transfer and access the database dmp (export) files. I can access the RDS instance from my window's desktop via the Oracle SQL Developer. Also I need to be able to do the inverse and export data into the same storage location so I can download it off-site.
