NFC Membership system

Hello I am Guevara Nord, I am looking for pc or mobile base NFC membership reward system. I am opening an arcade place In a high school in Haiti, I what to give to every student an NFC card with an unique id , the teachers could givr them credit for completing a task. And the student can use the credite on the card at the arcade machine. I want a applications that can creat the profiles (a small database), ad and remove credit via NFC. I will buy all the hardware base on what we need. I do have a small budget but I hope that's something we can acommplish in a few months.
