We are looking for an experienced Administration Team Leader who can manage a small team of other virual assistants that provide administration support to an Australian Operations team in the recruitment and labour hire industry. The hours are Monday through to Friday (with possibility for occasional weekend work) and working between 9AM - 6PM Sydney, Australia time. Responsibilities - Handling customer and worker inquiries effectively via call, messages and emails - Training team members for optimum performance - Guaranteeing daily tasks and operations are suitably followed and accomplished - Checking the quality of customer calls on a weekly basis - Innovatively finding new solutions for the team to operate cohesively Experience in remote team management and customer service will be advantageous. You should be capable of organizing the team and ensuring high-quality customer service standards. Good communication skills, leadership quality, and adaptability are essential for this position. You would need to be able to answer and solve queries, this means you would need to be very fluent in English and have great abilities in both written AND verbal communication. Not only that, but you would need a decent understanding and familiar with how the Australian culture works and it would be a great advantage if you had previous experience supporting Australian based businesses before. The right fit must be computer efficient and fast. The ability to move and learn quick is a must as labour hire can be a very fast paced environment and we use various different systems to operate on a day to day basis. Great investigation, problem solving skills and attention to detail is a must as you'd need to be able to handle phone, email and text queries but also attend to our Australian based operations teams across different states for different adhoc tasks they require. This is not suitable for anyone looking for an arrangement where you can be popping in and out and doing other things at the same time as you need to be available and ready at your desk during your shift as anything can happen at anytime and we require you to be prompt and focused (This is apart from breaks throughout the day of course). You will be joining an experienced team who will offer a lot of support and training to you as you learn.
