I run a company called FeetOffGround ([login to view URL]). We design and build rock climbing walls and play systems (for kids). As a part of our new offering, I would like to include some simple and creative climbing walls that are made from plywood and installed on walls - router cut into shapes based on some kiddie themes. These need to be flat (no projections), but theme based (tetris or flowers or superheroes without getting into licensing). I'm also looking to design play systems with themes of fire brigade, or hospitals all made from plywood which can be router cut. Write to me for more details.
