Implement this video retrieval website [login to view URL] Github: [login to view URL] I am a fresher in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing field. Need to implement this website clone with a freelancer having expertise in Pytorch, Django, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL(Preferred) or NoSQL database. Use the distilBERT transformer model using PyTorch which will take natural language queries and retrieve relevant videos. Basically, this website retrieves videos containing semantic similarities to the search query. Suppose we search for football then it will retrieve videos in which football is present. PyTorch distilBERT model weights are pretrained in the given GitHub link so we need to use them instead of training distilBERT separately. Use the following tech stack: Frontend: HTML, CSS, Javascript(any suitable framework compatible with Django/PyTorch backend) Backend: Django, Pytorch, SQL(Preferred), or NoSQL database. Deliverables: 1. Deployment: Working website on windows localhost 2. Presentation: A detailed walkthrough of code.
