ASP.NET Razor Migration Project

I need the entire web application currently running on ASP.NET Framework 4.8 moved over to a modern Razor-based stack. The priority is a clean, reliable version upgrade; any gains in speed, interface polish, or security will be considered welcome extras. You will take the existing solution, reproduce every feature and route in Razor views or Razor Pages, wire up the controllers accordingly, and ensure the upgraded project builds and runs without breaking current functionality. Configuration files, third-party packages, and deployment scripts must all be updated so that a fresh pull of the new repository can compile and publish straight away. Please share a brief outline of how you normally tackle framework migrations like this and an estimated timeline to deliver a fully working Razor solution ready for staging.
