I need a working expenses submission solution built on our existing SharePoint Online site. The front end should be a responsive PowerApps form that lets staff log every claim quickly on desktop or mobile. For each line item the user must be able to pick the expense type (Travel, Office Supplies, or Client Entertainment), enter the amount, choose the expense date, add a short description, and attach the supporting receipt image or PDF. The first priority is to create a quick substitute for an InfoPath form that Microsoft is retiring on July 14. This stage must be completed urgently within the next few days. Once the form is submitted a Power Automate flow should trigger a two-step approval: first to the employee’s line manager, then to Finance. Each approver must be able to approve, reject, or request more information, and their decision plus time-stamp needs to be written back to the same SharePoint list so that overall approval status is always visible on the site. Automatic email notifications (and ideally Teams notifications) should accompany each step. The second stage will involve recreating the workflow with more time for refinement. While the budget is set, I am open to paying more for freelancers who can deliver faster and higher-quality results. I will provide the target SharePoint site, existing lists, and any necessary connections; you deliver: • A PowerApps canvas app ready to import, connected to the SharePoint list • A Power Automate cloud flow handling the two approval stages and notifications • Any additional list columns or content types required for tracking status • A short hand-off document (or screen-share walkthrough) explaining how to extend categories or modify approvers The build must stay within standard Microsoft 365 licensing—no premium connectors or third-party components.
