Write Client to connect to Web Service: SOAP TLS 1.2 SHA-2 WS-Security

I'm looking for developers who have experience developing something similar. There will be one milestone upon completion of program. Knowledge required: Web Services Security, SOAP Envelope, SHA-2 , wsdl, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 You will write a console application to connect securely to a web service; sending requests and getting back responses. No user interface or database is required. Once connection to the web service is established, the program is somewhat simple and short. Full technical specification guides will be provided along with what's needed for a self signed security certificate. Don't hesitate to message me with any questions you may have.
