Xamarin Forms Stripe project -- 2

I am looking for someone who is very familiar with Stripe (specifically 3D secure) to create the relevant .NET Core REST API end points to do the following

1-AddCard

2-UpdateCard

3-DeleteCard

4-Capture Payment

5-GetCardInfo

6-refund charge

You should also be familiar with stripe hooks to have a reliable solution.

Experience with Xamarin Forms would be preferable

I would expect a DB with the right tables to store the user token information.

I expect the api to be developed using .net core 3 and entity framework.
