I am looking to duplicate auction listing data I have at auction site [url removed, login to view] onto another website "Webstore.com". [This is like moving an Ebay CSV file, but with different fields]

I already download my Delcampe in a CSV file format from [url removed, login to view] onto website [url removed, login to view] . They have an onsite program that converts the Delcampe data to their format.

I wish to use the same original CSV file that I get from Delcampe to move that same data onto [url removed, login to view] like I do for Bidstart.com.

I am using the free "Openoffice" as my data base software.

The Conversion script for open office to convert the data from the Delcampe fields to match the Webstore fields must be repeatable in an easy to use format .

This CSV data will be manipulated like this on an almost daily basis, so I need an easy to understand overlay in Openoffice to do this..

Desired Project completion date is 15 Feb 2011.

Webstore Bulk CSV Upload specs overview:

CSV header should provide a good minimum for your items (tab delimited, case sensitive).

"SKU" "ShippingCost" "ListingDuration" "ItemCondition" "PrimaryCategory" "Title" "BuyItNowPrice" "Description" "GalleryURL" "Quantity" "Weight" "Dimensions"

I believe most fields are self-explanatory, I will explain a few and let you ask questions if you need on the others.

SKU: Required for >1000 items, each item should have a unique SKU (alphanumeric only) [This would be the Delcampe a Listing ID number}

ShippingCost: Fixed shipping cost (ie 4.95 or the word free)

ListingDuration: in days and has no limit (you can use 1825 for 5 years)

ItemCondition: New,Used,Refurbished

PrimaryCategory: Webstore Category #, use the Category Tool [This is the area requiring the most work, The sections I use to sell at on Delcampe are 2000+ categories. Webstore has only a 100 categories, so some category conversion script will be needed.

NOTE: as either of these Websites change their categories...I will need an up date to this section done..almost bimonthly. The winner of this project gets those jobs also...]

Title: Item title (no html)

Description: html allowed in this field

BuyItNowPrice: the cost of the item (ie 9.50)

GalleryURL: Image should be at least 500x500px, image must be available at the time of import

Quantity: How many items onhand

Weight: In lbs,oz (ie for 2lbs 4oz you would enter 2,4)

Dimensions: in inches, HxWxD (ie 10x12x36)

"SKU": Must be unique per item. This may be used for updating items already listed, ie. if you bulk file contains items with an SKU already in the system, the existing SKU will be updated with the new information (rather than a new item added). It is not recommended to re-use SKU numbers for retired items.

The Category Tool (used for finding category id numbers) can be found in the Bulk Upload section on the following page:

[url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view],page,masschange,section,members_area

If you need additional categories, or would like to suggest category changes, please let us know. We are always looking to improve our category structure.

"weight" and "dimensions" are not currently used, but may be used for shipping calculation in the very near future. I would recommend putting them in your file if they're available.

Some item elements are taken from my Webstore Account configuration, so they do not need to appear in the bulk file, for example:

Shipping Conditions, Shipping Method, Shipping & Payment Details, and Offline/Direct Payment methods

Once you have put together a .csv file, we will have to send a sample file with 10 items to webstore.com. They will review the sample and request changes and/or enable bulk listing for my account.

Once the file passes this test..the bulk upload can be done from [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]

Looking forward to working with you.
