We are looking for a full-time Online Sales Assistant. We are looking for someone ideally with previous experience in e-commerce and running online platforms like eBay, Amazon, WordPress, etc. Manage and promote us on social media (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram) -Promote the business on retail platform, social media and search engine -Keeping business growing by optimise the sales on allocated channels -Actively taking advantage of all sales opportunities, by up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate -Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty at all times -Assisting customers in financing, purchasing, delivery, and ultimate overall satisfaction -Meeting sales and profit targets on portfolio products. -Minimising customer complaints -Managing our eCommerce sites which will also include uploading product information, SKUs, Barcodes, imagery, SEO ready descriptions, and pricing, to drive effective sales on each platform. -Making new listings and improve old ones -Replying to customer queries. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/expertise: -Experience using CMS, CSS, HTML, PhotoShop, etc. -Experience selling/working on Amazon, eBay, and WordPress -Self-motivator and team worker -Organised with strong time management skills -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Ideally experience with Facebook PPC, Google PPC or Google Shop - Perfect in written English Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Type: Full-time Starting Salary: £100/month Need someone List products, research products, Photo shop,
