Looking for a skilled electronics engineer to build me a 110v mini tankless water heater. Heater need to be flow controlled and the capacity has to be sufficient to deliever 45 degree celcius water. Need to have a US plug and look simple, white. I pay a maximum of $25 per unit, could become many units if it is according to my liking.
