Build me a Robotic Hand that Opens and closes rapidly

Similar to the hand in the first 3 seconds of this video ([login to view URL]) I need a robotic hand that can simply open and close with 5 fingers as if simulating a human hand. It does not need to go as fast as the hand mentioned in the video, but I would like it to be able to close and open at least 50 times per minute. Also I would like the fingers on the hand to be removable.
