Electronic PCD design for switch with arm/disarm and activate function and RF remote triggering to be used with batteries.
I want a design for a PCD board that can run a motor/solenoid when a RF remote button is pushed. The RF remote must have two buttons, one that arms/disarm the device, and a second that triggers the motor/solenoid. The motor/solenoid must not trigger if the 1st button that arms it haven’t been pushed.
The circuit must incorporate a solar panel and batteries. The solar panel must charge the batteries / power the circuit when it can.
The circuit must have at least a 3 month battery life.
The motor must be 10-15W or a linear solenoid of around 40N. I want the motor to only turn a certain amount of revolutions when activated. So either the motor must turn a certain amount of turns, or when it reaches a certain force. Alternatively, a linear solenoid or something must be used. (basically I want around 40N push force when actiated).
The batteries used must not exceed $10.
The circuit must have an LED to show when the solar panel is charging the battery/providing power to the circuit.
There must be an LED to show the circuit is armed.
There must be an LED to show the battery must be replaced - not enough power to run the motor/solenoid.
I would like to also see calculations on the components used and the battery life.
