Build me an intercom communication system

Hello Sir, I have experience developing devices using 3G GPRS modules to send SMS and make call. Actually normal landline intercom will have a EPABX where the call from an input line will be diverted to other landline. I can understand what you are expecting but if you provide a block diagram of the system you need it will be very helpfull. From my understanding you want a system working using GSM SIM technology and you want the user to call only predefined number and send SMS to configured number when a call is made. Am I right? I can do the complete design from electronic circuit designing, PCB board , assembling and prototyping. It will take minimum 2 months to complete and provide you two working prototype. But first I request you to provide a small block diagram.
