HI There I am selecting ESP32 as your preferred micro controller to suffice your tasks , from list of requirements you have I have worked with sensirion sensors before for Indoor Air Quality Monitoring, SPS30 that is for CO,CO2,PM,TVOC, and SVM30 that is for temperature and humidity, sensor data are then forwarded to a web server ESP32 has both BLE as well as WiFi SoC on board so you can access your system over Bluetooth or WiFi from a mobile phone or a PC and yes we have an UV-C sensor with range 263-265nm ESP32 has lot of GPIO interface to connect to your brushless motor driver, servo or a stepper motor ? I design product for company related to Indian railways and other companies based in India. Micro controller : I will be using microchip/stm as it is much more Robust and cost effective for this project , for STM processor as it will be faster to implement. if you want it to be ARM no issues but I will it will be making it add to cost and complications unnecessarily . Sensor: PM 2.5 - 1.0 - 10, VOC, CO2, CO, Humidity Sensors I have worked like this earlier for Indian Army in placed in kolkata, where I have design a AQI display for them (10ft*10ft) for sensor PM2. 5 which I have worked upon earlier you have to pass air through it else it will not give accurate reading . I feel you need to suck a small amount of air inside test it for all parameter and then release it Other parameter are easy to measure no big deals Motor - Silent Brushless motor -Its not clear to me why you are using a brushless motor as there are other solution other than motors OLED Screen - rectangular one is cost effective I feel and will be easy to implement in structure Attention to detail - Luxury Product- This is where I need the time of min 25 days as it not a 5 day work, which type of material you want to be used , aluminum will be best as it it easy to cut bend and mound and light . or fiber glass custom design, I will provide you complete solution .
