Looking for a controller 'box' designer to develop DC Motor controller: 100-4000 RPM CONSTANT TORQUE, reversible direction unit. The motor will drive a small lathe via belt/pulley drive (this is NOT part of this job description) .
The control box will have a basic functions: a display showing motor speed and CW/CCW direction switch). Your job is to
- select DC suitable motor which can provide constant torque
- design control unit
- to provide working prototype, bill of material, Gerber files for PCB production
I am looking specifically for an engineer who has extensive EXPERIENCE in the field of motor controllers, not a student or just someone with understanding of the circuitry but with no practical experience in production. Applications not supported with adequate and relevant portfolio will not be considered.
