I need a electronic system composed of three subsystems:

1. Portable devices (alias WB, QTY: 2 PCS), each having:

- an accelerometer

- an integrated PCB that converts the modolus of the acceleration vector into a Normalized Signal, which may be one of four values, depending on the range the acceleration falls in.

- a wireless transmitter to transmit each Normalized Signal (NS_left or NS_right, depending on the Wristband) to a Central Unit (CU) in an encrypted way.

- a battery to power the whole portable device.

- the battery shall be able to be powered via a standard microUSB port (like smartphone).

2. Central unit (alias CU, QTY: 1 PCS), including:

- DTS module for hi quality sound

- SD card reader. It will be used to normally hold MP3 files and plain text files.

- 2 Integrated speakers (left and right), to play a music track inside the SD card reader.

- an input unit to receive the encrypted Normalized Signals (NS_left, NS_right) of both wristbands.

- A Comparison unit that continuously performs some operations (will be detailed once the project is assigned) with a specific TXT file and the encripted Normalized Signals (NS_left, NS_right) and then outputs a series of n Commanding Signals (C_1, ..., C_n) and two Output Values (O_left and O_right)

- A Broadcasting unit that continuously broadcasts all Commanding Signals (C_1, ..., C_n) and an interval of the sound track (once the user has pressed the ‘start’ button) in an encrypted way. The signal must also carry a different ID for each one.

- a battery to power the whole Central Unit

- the battery shall be able to be powered via a standard microUSB port (like smartphone).

- Central Display Screen 7'' LCD display ([login to view URL]):

The Central Display screen shows a GUI.

Receives the Output Values (O_left and O_right) and convert those into Words and displays those words in their screens.

Shows the following tags of the MP3 file (In case there are no Tags, then the filename should be displayed):

Name of Track

Composer

Artist

Duration (mm:ss)

Play time (mm:ss, current time location when play has commenced)

- A 'Start' Button, to commence the play of the sound, the capture of the Normalized Signals and the broadcasting of the Commanding Signals

- A 'Next' Button, to load the next MP3 and TXT files inside the SD Card reader, if it goes to the end, must cycle to the first file.

- A 'Prev' Button, to load the next MP3 and TXT files inside the SD Card reader, if it goes to the end, must cycle to the last file.

- A 'Demo' Button, to perform some operations and play the sound and the broadcast of the Commanding Signals

- A media library to select MP3 files and filter by composer, artist, and album and showing some tags.

3. Docking Unit (alias DU, QTY: 27 PCS, 27 being the number of Commanding Signals), each including:

- an input unit, that checks if a Commanding Signal has a ID equal to one fixed for the Docking Unit. If it is true, then it forwards the incoming signal to an output unit, and the sound interval to a speaker.

- integrated speaker, that continuously plays the sound interval received from the input unit.

- battery, to power each Docking Unit

- the battery shall be able to be powered via a standard microUSB port (like smartphone).

MATERIAL COST SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE OFFER

SHIPPING COST (ESTIMATED) = 80 USD SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE OFFER.

THE SYSTEM MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH ALL THE DESIGN DATA NEEDED TO MODIFY IT, IF NEEDED, SO AS TO REPLICATE IT IN MASS PRODUCTION.

TIME FRAME = 30 DAYS MAXIMUM AS FROM THE DATE THE FULL DETAILS ARE RECEIVED BY THE FREELANCER, NO DELAY ACCEPTED.

ONCE THE DUE DATE HAS PASSED, I WILL BE FREE TO ASSIGN OTHER FREELANCER.

ONLY 2 MILESTONES ACCEPTED:

1- PROOF OF FUNCTIONALITY (VIDEO, DESIGN DATA, SOURCE CODE AND PHOTOGRAPHIES): 50%

2- DEVICE RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER (50%)
