Proven in my previous Jobs, I was hired as a Back Office Virtual Assistant. I am in charge of researching the information, email, contacts and location, for us to provide the smooth transaction to our clients. I am capable in using ticketing tools such as Remedy Force, Zendesk, and Workday as Human resources software tool, I am also knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel, Spread sheets and others.
In addition, I was hired as s HR Administrator- Employee Data Management Specialist, where I am in charge of the end to end process for the fourteen countries I am supporting. I am most capable with communicating to the client as I usually talk to them to help them with the end to end process and confirm the needed information to proceed with the process in a timely manner, I am in charge with the email handling with good rapport using the ticketing tools, mostly I can closed 60 transactions, with almost 300 task each of the request and can response in a timely manner.
