Responsibilities: - Build and manage email flows and automations (abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and more) - Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy across multiple ecommerce brands - Segment audiences and run A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and revenue - Analyze campaign performance and bring proactive improvement ideas to the table - Communicate clearly and consistently on strategy and brand alignment Requirements to apply: - Fluent, professional-level English written and spoken - Proven experience with Klaviyo (strongly preferred — other platforms are a bonus) - Strong copywriting skills with a solid understanding of ecommerce email best practices - Demonstrated ability to build flows, automations, and sequences that drive real results - Portfolio or campaign examples are required to be considered - If you use a copy and past from ChatGPT for your applications, or to do your work, please DO NOT APPLY This is an hourly role (mandatory time tracking) with the opportunity to move to a per-client monthly rate after a few months. Performance Bonuses: We reward great work. When clients are happy and results are strong, bonuses are paid. This has added $50–$100+ to team members' earnings on successful projects.
