Project Overview “We are a growing bootstrapped micro-SaaS portfolio company building a long-term, high-volume outbound infrastructure operation focused on scalable B2B SaaS distribution. We are currently seeking an infrastructure lead/team to help manage a high-volume outbound email distribution engine targeting approximately 30,000+ emails per month per campaign as we continue scaling our SaaS portfolio. The goal is to build a long-term operational partnership as the company continues growing over time. We provide: • ICP research • Offer positioning • Conversion funnels • Landing pages • Creative direction • Campaign strategy • Sending schedules • Performance analysis You provide: • Warmed domains • Warmed inboxes • Deliverability management • Daily sending operations • Infrastructure scaling • Inbox health monitoring • Domain rotation management • Technical execution • Lead sourcing and lead list generation • Accurate contact enrichment and verification • Clean prospect segmentation based on provided ICP criteria • Ongoing list maintenance and data hygiene In addition to execution, you must be deeply familiar with sourcing data in the Mexico–Texas cross-border trade ecosystem, including customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, IMMEX manufacturers, and logistics operators. This includes knowing how to efficiently locate verified company contacts and operational decision-makers in this niche without friction. The workflow is intentionally designed to remain streamlined and operationally efficient, with minimal meetings, minimal unnecessary communication, and a strong focus on execution quality and long-term scalability.” Infrastructure Requirements The infrastructure team should already possess: • Pre-warmed domains • Pre-warmed inboxes • Established sending history • Existing operational sending systems The domains and inboxes should already have active usage history across legitimate outbound email campaigns and operational environments over an extended period of time, ideally several months minimum. Inboxes should already be recognized positively by ESPs and mailbox providers through consistent historical sending behavior, ideally maintaining: • 15–30+ sends per inbox daily • Stable inbox reputation • Strong domain health • Positive sender reputation signals Preferred minimum infrastructure performance benchmarks: • Inbox Placement Rate: 95%+ • Deliverability Rate: 97%+ • Open Rates: 45%+ consistently • Reply Rates: 8%+ consistently • Bounce Rates: Under 2% • Spam Complaint Rate: Under 0.1% Infrastructure quality should be supported with: • Deliverability dashboards • Reputation monitoring screenshots • Historical sending metrics • Warm-up system verification • Existing inbox health reports We are specifically looking for teams already operating mature outbound infrastructure systems at scale — rather than teams building infrastructure from scratch for the first time. Compensation & Payment Terms Month 1 Retainer • $3,000/month • Paid as $750 weekly milestones Guaranteed Month 2 Increase As campaign volume and portfolio expansion continue scaling, Month 2 compensation increases to: • $4,000/month minimum Month 3+ Scaling Structure Beginning Month 3, compensation may continue scaling based on: • Operational consistency • Deliverability quality • Infrastructure reliability • Campaign performance • Scaling capacity High-performing long-term partners may scale toward: • $5,000+/month compensation • Additional infrastructure expansion opportunities • Increased campaign allocation • Long-term recurring operational work We are intentionally seeking partners interested in growing alongside a rapidly scaling outbound operation over time. Payment Structure To help maintain operational alignment and infrastructure quality, we use a milestone-based verification structure. Phase 1 — Controlled Ramp-Up • 4-day integration and testing period Phase 2 — Full Sprint Execution • 7-day live campaign cycle Initial Milestone Payment The first $750 payment is released immediately following successful completion of the initial 11-day cycle: • 4-day ramp-up • 7-day execution sprint Ongoing Payments Following the initial milestone: • Payments continue consistently at weekly intervals We strongly value reliable long-term operational partnerships and prioritize consistency, communication quality, and long-term scalability.
