Help Me Use Windows Speech Rec for Converting Audio Files

Using a handheld recorder, I produce WMA files containing my speech dictation. I would like to use Windows Speech Recognition software to speech recognize these WMA files. Provide a solution for me to do that. The solution might be creating a piece of software, or it could be telling me to follow a series of steps. I'm not sure. If it is impossible to use Windows Speech Recognition software, then tell me the least expensive way to accomplish my goal using a Dragon product. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
