I am looking to create a new, smart HHO cell controller to pulse high frequency currents through the ground path to an electrolysis device. It will have to be map sensing, and increase amperage by a menu adjustable percentage (up to the stable 60 amps per circuit) when positive pressure is applied. Will need inputs for switches and a 16/2 remote display/control head that will use a standard Ethernet cable. This project will require functional prototypes for testing, parts lists, and a PCB drawing to submit for production, along with the program to flash onto the circuit boards after assembly. The display will need a 3D drawing for a mountable enclosure to have 3D printed for prototypes, then for a mold to be made. The controller housing will probably be aluminum to allow it to be a heat sink for the MOSFETS.
