Hire an IT / CCTV Engineer

CCTV - Not Working , Engineer will need to repair or replace camera Troubleshoot cause of problem. Check power to cameras. If no power, check fuse at power supply. If power is good, check video output of camera (use hand held monitor to test BNC output at camera). If no video, replace cameras. If there is video, check cable from camera back to DVR. Test BNC ends. Re-terminate BNC ends if necessary. If camera is damaged or defective, replace camera. DO NOT create a new hole and install in different location. Camera replacement must be in same location as existing, defective camera. Use J-box/gang box if necessary. Adjust view/focus. Confirm camera image on monitor with MOD or GSOC. REQUIRED TOOLS: Tamper proof Screw Driver set (variable sizes) Hand held Monitor (Analog BNC, Aux Video output test cable) Replacement cameras (Analog) 12VDC/24VAC dual voltage (if necessary) Multi-Meter
