Alekstra UK Ltd is currently looking for a solution-oriented self-starter to work in our customer service team based in Chiswick Business Park, London.
As an Online Customer Service Representative you will start by processing our UK-based business clients' orders for new mobile devices and wireless services with AT&T, Verizon, and EE, and Vodafone. Later, you will get to solve more complicated matters our customers may have, execute related tasks, and answering questions regarding the following three main service areas that you will become a master of:
1. Wireless products of AT&T, Verizon, EE, and Vodafone
2. Carrier online portals, and
3. Alekstra’s online platform.
Furthermore, you will act as a liaison between the carrier product specialists and Alekstra´s sales team.
Daily Responsibilities
You will be responsible for processing orders and solving various problems submitted by our clients and own personnel via Zendesk, which is Alekstra’s customer service platform. For example, you will get to modify, cancel and order new carrier plans and features using the online platforms of AT&T, Verizon, EE and Vodafone. In addition, you will be responsible for advising and teaching both our clients and Alekstra personnel on questions related to the platform.
Communications Skills
You will be communicating to our clients mostly in writing, so ability to write in a clear, polite, and concise manner in English is a must.
Working Hours
You are expected to be able to work minimum 15 hours per week or fulltime.

Past Experience
It might be that you do not have any prior office/corporate work experience, but you are eager to learn. Hence, having worked in a customer service team for a mobile carrier is considered as an advantage, but is not a prerequisite by any means. However, we expect that you take ownership of your responsibilities, have a can-do attitude towards work, and that you can be relied on when it comes to fullfilling your own role within our small team.
