Our company Mitch and Daniel is a fast growing property company based in London managing a good number of properties including residential properties, holiday homes and Bed and Breakfasts (B&Bs) Customer Service Role We are currently looking for a motivated candidate who can help us manage the customer service side of our tourist-accommodation property portfolio. We are currently managing a number of apartments and B&Bs (bed & breakfast) in London and currently looking for a dedicated person who can assist our guests online and over the phone. Type of Role: Full time (40 hours per week) Duties & Responsibilities - Provide assistance to our guests over the phone and via email/software messages in case they get in touch with us - Type of assistance includes: help with finding our accommodation, utilize our properties facilities, possible relocations, invoice generation or general info about out properties - Interact with our current team regarding reservations The ideal candidate will: - Hold strong verbal and written English Skills (compulsory) - Have a problem-solving attitude (compulsory) - Be dedicated, professional and gentle when dealing with client (compulsory) - Have some previous experience in customer service (preferred) - Will speak multiple languages (Preferred) Salary: $500 per month (40 hours) Working Hours: Mon to Friday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm & Two Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 8 pm Extra time: Paid per hour
