Proofreading & correction of documents

Documents are in MS Word (.docx) - language English, books or novel [login to view URL] will be given original photo-copy/scan-copy images (jpg) of original books. What you need to do is to compare the documents with images and find the mistake in the text of documents and then correct those mistakes. You need to take a note of all the corrections you are making: File number, Line number, two adjacent words where the mistake found and type of mistake like ( Typo, a missing character, etc). Rules: 1. Total 100 Pages of documents and 100 pages of image files will be given for proofreading & correcting mistakes in the documents. Keep a correction logs for a [login to view URL] can keep the log using simple pen & paper and then once you are done - send this log picture along with your finished document. 2. The total amount payable is INR./Rs. 3000.00( Rs. Three thousands only) for complete 100% work 3. Once the work is finished, a sample of 5 pages will be tested by me to verify the accuracy of proofreading and correction of the mistakes. 4. If all 5 pages are found to be accurate and without any mistake then 100% payment will be released. One single mistake on any page means 20% reduction in payment. Any mistake in two pages means 40% deduction and so on. If all 5 pages found to have the mistakes in there - that means I will go one more round and choose another 3 pages. If any single page found without any mistake then you will receive a minimum payment of 12.5% of the alloted amount else I need to cross check your logs and will see what you have corrected in the documents. 5. A single mistake, typo, mis-spelling, extra character etc will not be [login to view URL] master copy is original image files. If mistakes are in original image files - don't compel to correct them instead keep them as the original. 6. If you have doubt in an image file which is not clear- send a message to me with the file number and line number. I will let you know what to type. 7. Total time duration is 7 days after sending the files.
