The most interesting thing to learn another language do not need to cram anything. Do not need anything to translate to your native language - think for yourself when someone in his hometown to you you do not translate - you just immediately understand. I have worked for Richard Simmons for almost 17 years. I have been on national television on a few of his infomercials and on a few TV shows and a magazine with him. I have done lots of public speaking in front of the camera, taught classes, led chats on his website and so much more. Confidence is something I have plenty of and I would love to share it with you! I can see that your lack of confidence is much more linked to the practice of the language with someone on the daily basis than actually a difficulty to learn little grammar details. What I can do for you that I've done many times before for my students is applying a conversation class model - We bring a text about any subject of your interest in English and through this text we will have outgoing conversations to give you confidence in speaking to other people and after this conversation we will bring the grammar lesson from the text we read and the conversation we had. First tip I have for you even before you accept my bid: When you want to speak a language different from yours you can't be afraid to make mistakes in the beggining! It's normal! That's why outgoing people tend to learn faster because they make mistakes but they communicate more, so they will listen much more and get used to the grammar without even noticing they are learning it.
