I would be happy to help you translate your emails into Spanish. Your project is of interest to me. I am both a VA and a Translator (English into Spanish). I have time available for it. I work remotely from Argentina; this implies that there is a time zone gap to keep into account regarding when to hand in the assignment. My time zone is GMT-4. I don't know what part of the US you are in, but my time zone is ahead of the US, which is probably an advantage since I could receive mails to be translated early on a given day (depending on the amount of words) and they could be returned on the same day. I offer to translate up to 650 words a day. I am available from Mondays to Fridays. I charge U$ 0.04 per word (four cents a word). Therefore, if I were to translate 650 word per day, twenty days a month, I would charge a total of U$500, for a total of 12500 word per month. I believe that charging per word is an easier way to know what one is prepared to pay.
