I am looking for 3-5 people to actively monitor incoming calls to my call center and review past calls that are being sent to clients. We receive 70-100 calls per day and calls come in 24-hours a day. All of the calls are recorded so if calls come in outside the hours you are able to work, an archive exists to perform the reviews. All calls are in USA English with different regional accents based on where in the USA the call originate from. Each position will be guaranteed 8-12 hours per week.
Accuracy is important.
TRIAL TEST FOR PROJECT (paid):
First I will need 7-10 people to partake in a PAID trial test. You will be given the call training document. You will review 50 calls to review. You will be paid for this. Then you will be scored and the top 3-5 people will be chosen for the project.
