An experienced planner is required on the wedding day to keep everything running smoothly for an indoor celebration of roughly 100 guests. The two key areas I need covered are: • Guest management – greeting arrivals, directing them to the correct areas, coordinating the ceremony procession, handling seating charts, and being the go-to contact for any guest questions so my partner and I can stay relaxed. • On-site setup & decoration – arriving early to style the venue exactly to plan, placing centerpieces, table numbers, signage, and any personal décor touches, then doing a quick walk-through with me for final approval. Although vendor coordination is largely handled in advance, light liaison on the day (e.g., confirming delivery times or cueing the DJ) will naturally fall within scope where it supports the two main tasks above. Deliverables • Venue ready one hour before guest arrival • Décor installed per the approved layout and mood board • Seating and escort-card tables organized and monitored • Continuous guest assistance from doors-open to last formal activity • End-of-night packing of personal items into labeled boxes Please confirm your availability for the full day, outline relevant indoor-venue experience, and highlight any tools or checklists you typically use to stay on schedule.
