We are interested to work on this project, please find my comments inline with yours ,
Excel and Vba to fill out forms with client details like name, pan card, address, fees, rates etc in a set agreement.
=>Ok, This is single user database?
we can create form to add client details, let me know any other details you want to save in client details.
We can also use MS Access database to record client details, we can create forms , reports in ms access.
We are Microsoft Access, Excel and SQL server database developers, about the experience my senior colleague has over 21 years experience and I have a 7 year of experience in building Microsoft access databases for various industry types and purpose, we do have contracts with couple of companies for long-term support.
We had initial development of database for these companies. And on a ongoing basis we are making changes and/or supporting for bugs, improvements etc. We worked on over 530 Microsoft Access projects till now. It is a great tool when scaling-up and excellent reporting features.
We follow engineering methodologies, naming conventions. We do Documentation for ease of maintenance in long run.
