I am looking for someone who can support me to convert image PDF (Arabic) to Text format. The job needs to be done by manual keying (don't use tools). 99.95% accuracy required. Bulk volume (1 year project). Weekly expected volume is 5,000 to 10,000 pages. Payment cycle is 20 days max. I have uploaded my sample for your analysis here.
