I need someone to help taking raw data and manipulating it in Excel into a format that we can then produce reports, and graph them. Automation through Visual Basic would be good, but not essential We will have about 20 reports that need to be reported on monthly. Due to the volume of reports and data, I need to outsource this, on an ongoing basis. You must be very precise as these are important. Initially I will be trailing you on your ability, speed and accuracy on one report. If that works we can then progress from there, with regular reporting mainly monthly, but we will need shorter periods of reporting like weekly. I estimate once you are doing all reports, it would take around 40-50 hours per month if you know what you're doing. If this works there will be other work you can do for us as well as we have lots to do. I can see this eventually building to full time eventually. You will be required to sign a privacy form as part of the job. I cannot afford a lot so preference will be on skills and rates.

I have ample professional experience in VBA ranging from power pivots to graphing to making reports. If you throw a little bit of SAS in it the reports are pretty customisable in whichever format you like. You can go through my portfolio to have a look at some of my work in VBA. I enjoy VBA as it lets you into the core of Excel which is pretty dynamic. If everything goes right and if the VBA can give you your desired results we can create a macro to run it on a weekly basis which will save a lot of hours and money as well. Rest assured I can take out up to 2 hours on weekdays and up to 6 hrs on weekends if the need arises. You do not need to keep a check on me regularly I am quite punctual and disciplined. I work at Wells Fargo India Solutions and I know how important is precession for an organizations point of view. I am a fast learner you would surely like the way I organize my work timely.
