In the attached excel file there are three tabs i.e Investor Macro, Investor Feasibility Report and Developer Info. The developer info tab is my input tab. It is not required for presentation. But you may fine tune the layout.
We will use the Investor Macro as a flyer presentation with potential clients. Then if the clients are interested, then we'll present the detailed feasibility report.
The reports in its current form are basic excel table (accountant's presentation).
I would like a better presentation, that I will print and discuss with clients.
Obviously, this is a sample data. The figures will keep changing depending on new site we choose for feasibility. Hence the need to keep it in excel.
Let me know if you are able to use your creativity & imagination to do a presentation in excel.
1. In Investor Feasibility Report tab, please ignore Column I & J. They are for information only.
2. In the Investor Macro tab, please also fix the format of figures embedded in formula in Row 21 and 22. It should be comma (thousands) and round numbers.
