I have a expense report table that employees put their expenses. Employees have a full write permission to Column A,B,C,D,E,F and managers have full permission to the table.
I need a script that once a manager put "approved" status on column H, the corresponding rows on column A,B,C,D,E,F should be locked for editing. In order to edit the approved cells, manager needs to change the "approved" status.

Can anybody help me on this?
Note: The freelancer should install the working script on the sample sheet that I have provided to get final approval.
